We are here from Phoenix, Arizona. We were out on a short run and came across this wonderful gym of a restaurant. We both had different things and each one was absolutely outstanding. We had the pulled pork biscuit and. I had the country ham and egg biscuit with red eye gravy. Yum! If you come, you will not be disappointed in any way whatsoever.

This place is enough to convince me to want to move to asheville. The food was so yummy and it was such a cute little place. The jam/butter bar is pretty cool and all their jams were really good. The biscuits were soo good and the entrees with them are creative and work pretty well together. The coffee is also pretty good, I would definitely come here if I visited asheville again.

I had breakfast with my mother who is currently in a wheelchair. There were minor accessibility issues regarding the entrance, but the staff were very kind and accommodated us well. The biscuits were delicious, specifically the Mimosa Fried Chicken Biscuit, as well as the Iced Appalachai! The restaurant was a bit small, but the atmosphere was warm and casual. They also had a great selection of local goodies, like shirts, hot sauces and even their cookbook. If I vacationed in Asheville again, I would choose to eat here :)

My biscuit was fluffy and soft, the jams were fun. The potatoes were delicious and the bacon was good. Unfortunately there was water pooling under our feet in the spot we were sitting outside.

Biscuit Head – Asheville, NC 📍 1994 Hendersonville Rd If you’re looking for a true Southern breakfast experience with a local, sustainable twist, Biscuit Head delivers. The menu centers around the classics—biscuits, sausage, and eggs—done with care and quality ingredients. The vibe is artsy and laid-back, with hand-drawn cat-themed artwork throughout (a nod to their name and those famous “cat head” biscuits). It’s a fun, casual spot that still takes its food seriously. The half breakfast is more than enough for most people. The eggs were cooked nearly perfect over medium and tasted fresh. The sausage—sriracha maple—was well-seasoned, moist, and packed with flavor. The biscuit itself was the star: large, soft and fluffy on the inside with just the right amount of crunch on the outside. They also offer a butter and jelly bar, which is a great touch, though whipped butter would be a big upgrade—the cubed butter doesn’t melt quite as well on those big biscuits. One downside: signage could definitely be improved. For a place this popular and highly recommended, it’s a bit easy to miss if you’re from out of town.
